This is an outdoor event and will proceed in all reasonable weather conditions. Please dress appropriately. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions or changes to the event experience.
All attractions, vendors, entertainment and event features are subject to change without notice. Such changes do not entitle the ticket holder to a refund.
In the unlikely event that the event is cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, safety concerns, or force majeure, the organiser reserves the right to offer alternative arrangements, such as transferring tickets to a rescheduled date or a future event.
